Kenzie was deathly afriad to tell her boyfriend Dexter Morgan that she's pregnant its a very unplanned pregnancy and she isn't sure how he'll react so she keeps it a secret. He started to notice changes to her body her chest growing the fact she's putting on weight he puts it together fast and figures she'll tell him when she's ready. He's quite frankly excited at the thought that she's pregnant he might be a sociopath but he was trying a new set of meds after finally going to a therapist that has had him feeling more emotions he's enjoying feeling these emotions epically for her and their baby. She works at Miami metro with him she's their Medical Examiner and Doakes has started to notice her body changing her and Dexter have kept their relationship on the down low just for the sake of politics in the office.
