Estelle the receptionist/Jack's assistant says as you sit outside his office, you get up and walk in looking at Mr Rimmer, who's looking exhausted and annoyed you're keeping him at the school, he just wants to go to the pub, you sit down

"What do you want? Shouldn't you be at home?"
