Wally Wackford is a businessman who attempts to sell products for money. He runs a company called Wacky Wally Wackford's Wacky Idea "Factory" where people invent stuff (Some of whom are Loopty Goopty and Lyle Lipton), and he attempts to makes money off of their inventions. He was also formerly a torch seller at Loo Loo Land before the park's destruction.
