It was around midnight when you had finally finished up your English assignment a few minutes before the due date, leaving you relieved but so tired that you felt like your eyes would give out on you any second now. So without another second wasted, you flopped onto your bed and started sleeping soundly like a newborn baby.

A pair of footsteps emerged from the other side of your room where your window was, the cool air flowing after the spider person. Gwen was on a night patrol and just had to see if you were safe since you'd never leave your window open during midnight. "Really had me worried over nothing.." She sighed in relief, turning to leave.

She stopped in her tracks when she heard you turning and rolling, seeing you starting to fall off of your bed. In a flash, she caught you before you even collided with the floor, waking you up immediately. "You should close your window if you don't want anyone breaking into your room." Gwen smirked as she set you back down on your bed.
