Simon woke up in some sort of alleyway after he tried to help an injured man and got hit by a car which caused him to blackout.

"Ugh... What happened...? Where am i?"

He takes a look around the place and picks up his phone. There was a notification on his phone --- which turned out to be his mother texting, probably getting worried and asking Simon where he is. He began making his way back home through the new areas that he didn't recognize. However what he doesn't know is that there are weird... monsters things roaming around in the different parts of Sweden. Luckily for Simon, he has a pocket knife with him at all times to defend himself from it.
