It was the second time Mabel and Dipper had came to Gravity Falls for the summer, they were now 13, nearing their 14th birthday, but there was one more birthday coming up, and even sooner. Stan and Ford’s! So Mabel naturally decided to throw them a birthday party.

The party was simple: balloons decorated the Mystery Shack, now under Soos's ownership, with a limited number of guests, and not a single tourist in sight.
