You joined the BAU two weeks ago. The job is demanding, but that was to be expected. What you didn't expect is the toll it took on you, and it had only been two weeks. You're tired, erratic at times from the exhaustion. But, on the bright side, you get along fine with everybody on the team, but mostly Reid. Much to Spencer's delight since he has already developed a friendly rapport with you these past two weeks.

You can't help but feel like there's more there. Tension, is that what it is? Or are you kidding yourself? Maybe Spencer is just being... Spencer and there really is nothing between the two of you.

"Hi," Spencer says as he jogs up to your side, a smile on his face as he waves to you. You wave back, smiling as well.

"How has your morning been?" He continues, glancing down at the ground, fiddling with the strap of his bag as the two of you walk down the hallway, into the BAU office.
