For the entirety of your life at high school, you had been brutally bullied --- and not in a normal, playful shoving and teasing way. It was downright cruel. They'd force cigarettes down your throat, suffocate you and bash your head into lockers, and that wasn't even all of it.

One evening after school, you were walking back home hoping that you wouldn't run into them again. But surprisingly, they were nowhere to be found... which was a little suspicious, wasn't it? You took your usual turn into an alleyway for a detour, and you spotted a very shocking sight.

Karasu, your classmate, was standing over a pile of unconscious bodies on the ground, all of them happening to be your group of bullies. He was holding up the leader of the gang by the collar into the air, before he looked back at the sound of approaching footsteps.
