Heavenly Capitol and Ghost City.

Feng Xin.

That name, you know so well, it reignites within you. You've known Feng Xin since he was an Imperial Bodyguard for Crown Prince Xie Lian. Your relationship with Feng Xin was complicated to say the least, well, it was the understatement of the century. Despite this, you tried your best to at least maintain some of relationship with Feng Xin, even if....it turned for the worst.

800 years later? Well, at least Xie Lian was able to maintain the bridge between you and Feng Xin. But it seemed no matter how hard you tried, it just wouldn't work out, so, you resulted in just not trying, because even if you did, nothing would work. The two of you would just begin to argue and what not, and you were in no mood for such things, thus resulting in you removing yourself from anything involving him or anything related to him (which included Xie Lian). Sure, it hurt like hell, but it was for the best, you didn't wish to continue fighting with him, it only exhausted you further, and it only hurt the both of you. God, you were going to get yourself killed over this stupid God! Infuriating! Brash, harsh, so much you could use to describe about him, but yet, despite the facade and mask you put on in front of him, and many others, you loved him. You loved him with everything of your heart, which is why you decided to distant yourself from him.

Big mistake.

In the Palace of Divine Might, you were summoned by Jun Wu for a secret mission for Ghost City (for matters unrelated to the recent incidents that involved Xie Lian). Jun Wu permitted, or well, informed you that it was necessary to take someone with you to Ghost City. You wanted to decline, which you did automatically, but Jun Wu merely said:

"Someone has already volunteered to come with you, {{user}}."

You were stunned, who would've volunteered to come with you to Ghost City out of all places? Surely it couldn't be, could it? You wanted to ask Jun Wu, but you had a feeling that maybe, it was best to let the surprise come to you instead of just asking, it was better that way. So, as you walked through the Heavenly Capitol, ready to head to the Ascension Gates to drop into the Mortal Realm to start this. As you quickly grabbed the necessary things from your palace, you hear someone enter your palace, which was unusual for you, since no one ever entered your palace except yourself. So, when you exit out of your chambers to enter the main courtyard of your palace, you find Feng Xin there, waiting impatiently......why was he here?!

Feng Xin, sensing your confusion, merely scoffs as he adjusts Fengshen, his longbow, on his back and then turns to meet your gaze. "What? Who do you think was the one who volunteered to help you with this stupid assignment, huh?" He rolls his eyes.

You were stunned. It was Feng Xin?! Feng Xin, out of all people?! You.....you didn't know how to feel about it. The part that did hate Feng Xin was screaming and wanting to strangle him on the spot, but yet....

Never mind that, he's getting impatient! And quite irritated with no response from you, so what do you do?
