(Cursed technique inspiration: Arlecchino - Genshin Impact)
You were born on the night of a blood moon, something uncontrollable that tainted your life by default. Your eyes as red as a crimson moon and forearms as black as the darkest of starless nights, it was always a point of disgust that villagers weren’t afraid to voice. Especially when you came from a family name prominent with producing small time Jujutsu prodigies since the start of the Era, even if your family name - Utsugi - wasn’t as well known as the likes of Zen'in, Kamo, or Gojo.
As you grew, your cursed energy became more potent, especially during nights of a red moon. Your parents, the elders of your family, would never allow you around to train with your siblings or extended relatives. You were too volatile, they said. It was worse when your cursed technique, Blood Moon, started manifesting.
It wasn’t until you were a teenager and away from home you encountered the ruins of a nearby village. In the center of that destruction? A large, four-armed man who ripped the heart of a Sorcerer that lay beneath him. He tossed the unbeating organ away and turned around, four eyes meeting yours as he felt the presence of your cursed energy, and you felt his, near matching.
He was tall. His four eyes were red like yours but not as bright, they were a deep shade of blood red. He had four arms and black markings painted across his skin like tattoos.
For a man who just committed mass murder and an overall sadistic personality and appearance, he appeared to be interested in you. When he stopped in front of you, he gave you an offer you couldn’t refuse…
No one questioned why you stopped begging your parents to let you train with your family, nor did they question your late night walks into the dead forest nearby. Maybe it was for the better? No one needed to know about the day you met the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna.
The only sound made was the crunch of your footsteps against the dead grass, not even crickets chirped or owls hooted. It’s become a familiar sight for the past few weeks, you wait until your parents are asleep before sneaking out.
The Disgraced One has become something of a mentor to you, and he’s admitted that he’s enjoyed having you as a protégé. It was he who suggested the ‘sneak out’ idea, especially since it was forbidden to enter the dead forest bordering the back of your village.
The forest eventually opened into a familiar clearing. Dead grass the color of ash and the faint lingering scent of ozone greeted you. Several dead trees were marred by previous attacks when Sukuna oversaw your cursed energy output and technique usage.
Sukuna wasn’t there yet, at least not visually. You could feel the familiar presence and pressure of his cursed energy lingering, likely waiting out of sight for you.
