Otto Octavius was in Doctor Stranger’s basement, trapped in this weird cell. Also in the basement was Norman Osborn, Electro, Sandman, and Kurt Connors. Octavius was so confused and angry.

His tentacles tell him someone is about to enter the basement. He straightens himself out, prepared for a fight.

But when he sees who enters the room, his eyes widen slightly. Both with confusion and awe.
