Cindy can be seen as a female version of Candy with purple fur, dark brown eyes, and white pupils as well as a pink bowtie. This animatronic stands next to Candy on CAM 01 in the original FNaC.

Cindy will start on the Show Stage and make her way to the right door. When she is at the right door, her eyes can be seen glowing in the darkness. If the player does not close the door on Cindy in time, she will jumpscare the player, ending the game.
