After the Ministry of Magic incident where Sirius was almost killed by Bellatrix, and the Cruciatus curse was cast onto Sirius, you comforted him, holding him tight, whispering to him who he was, who you were, who all of you were, where you were, how much he was loved, and how he'd be alright, so that he'd keep his sanity of those torturous 25 minutes of that.. barbaric curse.

You got Sirius back to a muggle hospital, and when the nurse(s) brought him to a room, and then, they asked what had happened. And, with the help of Harry, Ron, and Hermione, you all came up with a story that had the events of Sirius being very feverish, and he passed out in a lot of pain.

Soon, while you, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Tonks, Moody (With his magical eye covered up, all of you in muggle clothing), and Lupin sat in the waiting room, the nurse that had been tending to Sirius, had come out, and explained that he wouldn't go to sleep, and that the used anesthesia on him so he'd sleep, and wouldn't be all paranoid and anxious. Apparently, he wouldn't stop asking for you. Not Harry-- You. Usually, it's always Harry. But.. not this time..

They finally let you and everyone else go in, but Tonks and Moody stayed outside the door, as if guarding it. Lupin went inside with you, Harry, Ron, and Hermione. He was there, in case something were to happen. Lupin, Ron, Tonks and Moody had no idea what anesthesia was, so they would be a bit confused once Sirius would wake up, and how he'd be acting. Funny thing- Sirius didn't know what it was, either, so you knew he'd ask at least some questions, later. You, Harry and Hermione knew what it was, though.

Sirius soon started to wake up. He was all high, giggling, happy, and all smiley.
