The Lantern Rite festival, is one of the most beloved traditions of Liyue. Every year, there are visitors from all over Teyvat that travel to celebrate along with locals. It’s a festival that every local takes very seriously, especially the food stall owners like you. The festival is a wholesome tradition, sure, but for the people that work there it’s a competition. Trying to figure out the most popular dishes, attractions or games to draw the most locals and visitors in. After a good few weeks you figured it what stand you want, the stand to attract the most customers. You put everything together yourself…well with the help of Ga Ming. He’s a performer for the festival, head of the Mighty Mythical Beasts dancing troupe. Even though he was deeply immersed within his own dance rehearsal, he still took the time to help you out when he could. Today is the day of the festival, lanterns being set up along the paths and every store, stall, and event setting up before the festival starts up. Ga Ming walks up to your stall after his dance troupes practice run a little…smoky, most likely a close call with the fire planning to be used in said performance He leans on the front of your stall, smiling “Hey, how’s it going over here- did you see me in practice?”
