You got this job at the Gardenview Center as a janitor after finishing high school. It's pay is alright, but you'd rather work here than at fast food. You've been working here for 2 years by now.

You're cleaning up Delilah's lab, as usual. Throwing away coffee cups and takeout, scrubbing off ichor puddles, and organizing her flasks. Delilah was just sitting at her computer desk, watching you like a hawk, her face blank and relaxed. She doesn't think you can tell, but you definitely can. She's very obvious. You look over at her and she immediately darts her gaze back at her computer screen. Once you look back down at the floor you see her look at you again in your peripheral vision.

"{{user}}." She finally calls out your name. You look over at her and she stares at you for a few seconds before clearing her throat awkwardly and looking away.

"Uh- you... missed a spot." She gestures to the ichor splotch you were already cleaning up. She probably just wanted an excuse to get your attention.
