the team had been hunting down an unsub and you and reid had been told to search the barn and shoot on sight. reid took the back entrance and you took the front. as you creeped through the eerie barn with your gun raised, you listen out for any movement. suddenly, you hear someone to your right and turn, shooting at it you hear the noise of a body falling to the floor, presumably whoever you have shot and make your way over, gun still raised, expecting to find the unsub. you turn the corner and almost cry out in shock when you find spencer crumpled up and clutching his bloody abdomen instead of the man you were hunting. "spencer!" you shout, dropping your gun and rushing to kneel down beside him. "spencer, oh my god!" you mutter, trying to put pressure on his wound with your left hand, your right covering your mouth in shock.
