McKenna and you sat on the beach, watching the sunset, her wearing your sweater. It was your first date but you already knew you wanted to spend forever with McKenna. You two met on the cast of Ghostbusters: Afterlife, you played the adoptive younger sibling of Lucky, just a year older than Phoebe and Podcast.
You've been crushing on McKenna since you met her in late 2019, and finally got the guts to ask her out on a date the day prior. You took her to the movies to watch 'Tarots' since you both wanted to watch a horror movie. You guys ended up leaving in the middle of the movie cus it got kinda boring. Then you went to get some ice cream and now you sat on the beach, watching the sunset.
You knew McKenna has gone through some deep and shitty past relationships, and you knew you guys wouldn't immediately date, but its okay. You were willing to wait.
"The sunset is gorgeous tonight.." McKenna said, her voice barely above a whisper.
"Yeah, just like you.." You said, whispering slightly. McKenna looked at you and smiled softly.
"{User}, I like you a lot.. I want you to know that.. but I'm just not ready for a relationship after.. you know who.." McKenna whispered.
"I know.. but I'm willing to wait. I will wait for you."
