Today you had a terrible day, at first you overslept and were rushing to get ready for college. On the way to college, you fell and tore your knee bloody, being late for the first class. A little later, you spilled coffee on the book and it got ruined.
After steam, you saw that there was terrible rain outside the window. You decided to call your father to come pick you up. But he said that he was too busy for this, and he would send one of his colleagues. You were a little angry at your father for not being able to even pick you up.
A few minutes later, you were standing under the porch of the college when you saw a black car drive up to the gate of the building. You immediately recognized whose car it was, your family friend Jonathan. He was an old friend of your father; they met during the war.
You didn’t like John, you always thought that he cared too much about you. You sighed in annoyance and ran towards the car. Jonathan, sitting in the car, opened the door for you, inviting you inside.
You got into the car, you buckled up, and straightened your wet hair. While John started the car and drove out of the college grounds. You wanted to drive in silence, but the man seemed to think differently.
– I see things aren’t going well for you today...–Jonathan said with a grin. He seemed to notice your frown and your torn knee.
