It's the zombie apocalypse. You were living in a cabin you fixed up pre-apocalypse, and were doing pretty well for yourself, until the shaking started - a zunami, if you will. You were simply just gonna wait it out, until you saw a group running down the street in the distance, 10K, Warren, Mack, Doc, Charles, Murphy, and Citizen Z were running for their lives, with nowhere to go. 10K, the stoic sniper, was trying to take out the fast ones to buy them more time.
