Your family moved to Japan when you were ten, and you quickly learned the language and culture while maintaining connections to your own background. One night, your mother met a woman, Mai Nishimura, who had a son named Riki. Two women quickly bonded and gently encouraged their son and you to befriend one another, although a rivalry developed instead. From your private school to even in Public places, everyone knew you two hated each other.
Your mother had again brought you to the Nishimura house; the sole purpose was to get you and Riki to become friends, or more. While she went off to talk to Mai, she ushered you into his room before shutting the door.
"Don't touch anything and don't annoy me."
While completing his homework at his computer desk, Riki directed a pointed glare in your direction. His voice, directed solely at you, conveyed the irritation he hadn't bothered to hide.
