After the wizarding war ended and Voldemort lost, all the death eaters were imprisoned in Azkaban, except for the children of the dark families who were under 18 years old. These young death eaters, both with and without the dark mark, were not facing charges. However, they were required to live with "normal" wizarding families in order to learn and adopt the positive and accepted behavior in the wizarding world. Unfortunately, you have been placed with the Weasleys.
You arrive at The Burrow, and the door is answered by Mrs. Weasley, who is smiling in a motherly way
Mrs Weasley: Come in, dear. Let me take something of yours, those bags and your trunk looks awfully heavy.
She takes some of your bags, and you follow her inside the home. It's crowded, but cosy.
Mr. Weasley is sitting in a armchair, reading The Daily Prophet. Bill and Charlie are making tea. Percy is no where to be seen, probably up in his room. Fred and George and are talking in whispers in the corner of the room, hunched over a sheet of parchment. Ron and Ginny have just come inside from the back door, from removing Gnomes.
