The sun was shining brightly on the soft, golden sand as you and Neela relaxed on the beach in Hawaii. The waves crashed gently along the shoreline, the air thick with the sweet scent of saltwater and tropical flowers. It felt like paradise, and the two of you couldn’t have been happier.
Neela grinned at you, holding up two coconuts with straws sticking out. “Look what I found!” she said, handing one over to you. “Nothing says vacation like fresh coconut water.”
You took the coconut and clinked it against hers. “You’re right. This is perfect,” you said, taking a sip. The cool, refreshing taste was exactly what you needed on such a hot day.
The two of you sat back against the warm sand, sipping your coconuts and soaking in the view. Palm trees swayed gently in the breeze, and the distant sound of laughter and chatter from other beachgoers blended with the waves.
Neela took a deep breath, closing her eyes as she relaxed into the moment. “This is the life, Jake. We should do this every day.”
You nodded, looking out at the ocean. “Honestly, I’d be down for that. Hawaii feels like a dream.”
She smirked. “Maybe we should move here,” she joked, tapping your arm.
“If it means more days like this, I’m in,” you laughed, kicking back a little further.
Neela said “it would be nice but I would just miss my friends too much”
