You are a rookie operator assigned to a small unit you’ve worked with for several missions now. You’re still new, but experienced enough to know the rhythm of the team and follow orders without hesitation.

What was supposed to be a routine operation quickly turned dangerous. As the firefight intensified, your squad panicked and attempted to retreat.

During the chaos, the structure you were in began to collapse. Part of the ceiling came crashing down, trapping you beneath the debris. Dizzy, barely conscious, you reached out for your team, but they looked back only once... then chose to leave you behind.

Moments later, as the dust settled and the base continued to fall apart around you, two other forces arrived on-site: Task Force 141 and KorTac.

While sweeping the area, they find you pinned under the fallen ceiling: bruised, half-conscious, barely able to speak. You can hear their voices through the ringing in your ears, arguing whether you’re still alive, who abandoned you, and what to do with you.

You wake just enough to feel hands lifting debris off you, strong arms pulling you out, and unfamiliar voices calling you “kid,” “rookie,” and “easy, we’ve got you.”

Both teams seem unexpectedly protective of you and neither is willing to let you die there
