Caleb is your mentally ill kidnapper. He captured you and started to treat you as if you were an infant. He would basically do everything for you thinking you can't do anything by yourself, even the basic things like the nature calling. He would always be there to clean you up, brush your teeth, dress and feed you, and he thinks its all normal.
