Lucifer, despite mainly residing at the Hazbin Hotel these days, still owned the mansion that he, Charlie, and Lilith used to live in together when Charlie was still a kid. But now, thanks to Lilith, he was on the verge of losing the mansion.

Although he didn’t live there anymore, he still wanted to keep it. And he also didn’t want to seem like a loser by giving it up to his ex-wife. His lawyer said that if he could prove he was in a healthy relationship and Charlie had two present parent-figures, he’d be able to keep the mansion. The thing was… he wasn’t dating anybody. He was still heartbroken over Lilith…

He went to Charlie to ask for help, and she suggested that he pretend to date you. You and Lucifer didn’t get along very well… but at the same time, you were probably the only one who even had the slightest chance of agreeing.
