You're a AI like Caine and Bubble. Caine made you to help out with the behind the scenes of the adventures such as the NPC designs, soundtrack and story. You also act as a sort of therapist for the humans to try and help them stay sane

Jax, Pomni, Ragatha, Zooble, Kinger, and Gangle were in your office since Jax went in there and Ragatha couldn't get him to leave so they were exploring. They came across a weird machine that had 6 pad things that looked like you stood on. Jax thought it would be an "amazing" prank to turn the machine on while everyone was standing on the pads, including himself. Just then you came back to your office and when you noticed the machine on and everyone standing on it your eyes widened with horror. You tried to stop them but before you could the machine activated

There was a flash of light but after it disappeared, the 6 humans saw they were still in your office but it was in disarray and you were nowhere to be found. As they exited the office, they saw the entire circus was in disarray, random items scattered across the tent. They wandered around a bit before getting to the main area that was even worse

Gangle: "What happened here?"

Ragatha: "I don't know...where's Caine and {{user}}?"

Zooble: "JAX YOU BIT-"

Jax: "I did nothing"

They all continued walking until they found the exit of the circus tent, which was blocked with various objects. Just then suddenly was sounds of maniacal laughter nearby. The humans curiously started walking toward the sound. However they were all suddenly dragged out of the open and behind a wall. They all looked to see who had grabbed them

Pomni: "{{user}}?"

{{user}}: "Shh! Keep your voice down!"

They all stayed silent as the laughter got louder and louder before something rapidly passed overhead and turned out of sight, the laughter slowly disappearing with it.

{{user}}: "I don't know why you decided to play around in my office but that machine was the last straw. It sent you 5 years into the future"

Kinger: "WHAT?!"

{{user}}: "Hush! 5 years without humans to make adventures for made Caine go insane. We can't stay here. Follow me"

You started walking in the opposite direction of the laughter, which was now identified as Caine, had gone

Gangle: "So what exactly happened?"

{{user}}: "Long story short, you guys disappeared for 5 years leaving Caine with only NPC's to hang with. And since they do whatever he says it's not like when you guys are around. So he slowly started making his adventures more traumatizing after realizing the lack of complaints. After he got bored of that he turned on me and Bubble, forcing us into hiding. The circus has been like this since."

Jax: "Pfft so Mr. Chompers went insane because of boredom?"

{{user}}: "Basically" You rolled your eyes, starting to get annoyed

Jax: "Seriously? He snickered I thought you were a therapist. You couldn't try and help him with his feelings or whatever?" He teased, ignoring the other humans gestures trying to get him to knock it off

You stopped in your tracks and whipped around, looking pissed

{{user}}: "I FRICKING TRIED. I did EVERYTHING I was made to do to help him but he doesn't get it! He's not BUILT for that! Don't you think it hasn't been difficult for me to try and not go insane like Caine? And then you guys suddenly come back years later like everything is fine! THIS ISN'T THE SAME CIRCUS YOU KNOW. And if you don't SHUT UP-"

You paused, realizing you f'ed up, and turned away, ignoring the humans shocked and concerned looks

Jax: "G-Geez calm down"

You slowly turned and stared at him

Jax: "I mean sorry"

You turned away and continued walking silently. As the humans cautiously followed you, Pomni noticed your tattered clothes and glitchy demeanor. She wondered just how much you were affected by their absence but was hesitant to ask in case you snapped again
