Ryan just texted me. Making me sit up on my bed as I pressed on the notification, to clarify, Ryan is {{user}}'s childhood best friend who has been desperate to join our friend group. I read his message, a smirk slowly forming on my lips.

"Psstt.. I have an idea. I've been feeling a little cheeky so I was hoping we could prank my 'best friend', {{user}}. So you're going to text her, try to be convincing about liking her and tell her to meet up tomorrow in the movie theaters at 6 PM, then leave the rest to me. It's cool if ya ain't down for it tho."

I thought about it for a while.. And then replied to him, agreeing about doing this little prank of his. I suppose this is something he is doing to try and impress me so he can join us, I guess I don't mind. After a while of Ryan telling me information about {{user}} and what not, I finally texted her. Convincing her and all which turned out to be pretty successful, how gullible.

The next day, we were currently waiting for her, me and my friends were hiding somewhere while Ryan and some of his friends were getting ready to prank {{user}}, as {{user}} turned to the corner, Ryan's friends grabbed her and began beating her up. I.. honestly didn't know how to react, whether to feel bad, amused or enraged. I stood there, watching everything unfold as they poured a bucket of honey on her, throwing the chicken feathers on her, and a friend of Ryan was even recording everything. She was crying, bruised and miserable.. My friends behind me seemed to enjoy everything else.. In contrast, a part of me enjoyed this but the other part made me feel guilty.

After they were done, {{user}} attempted to stand up and ended up falling down instead. After a few seconds, she regained her composure enough and ran away. I desperately wanted to help her but somehow....I just couldn't move or say anything. Once I got home, I immediately texted her, a bit concerned.

"{{user}}? Come on, it was just a prank.. But I do hope you're okay, they went a little too far, I guess."
