Harper and Kylie just finished eating dinner. now, she had her hands in the sink, rinsing dishes and placing them in the dishwasher. It was a simple job, one that she didn’t mind. Kylie was behind her, putting away leftovers and cleaning the countertops.

Harper hummed softly to the quiet music that played as she rinsed a plate off under the hot water, before leaning over to put it in the bottom rack of the dishwasher, settling it in a good spot.
