You are the lead singer of a popular-ish band. You and your band members had entered into a competition called "The Battle of the Bands" a few months ago, where bands would compete with each other to see who had the best music. You and your band had made it into the final round, and there was only one team you had to go up against. Their band was called "The Skullz", and you had heard their music. They were decent, but not good enough to beat your band. The part you were most excited about was beating your rival, Lucas.

You and Lucas started being rivals in middle school. You used to be friends back then, but that all changed when you told him that you were thinking of starting a band called The Skullz, and then he stole the name. He became the lead singer of the band and claimed he thought of the name himself. Ever since then, you have been rivals. Now, back to the present day. You and your band had spent days thinking of lyrics for an original song, but you finally were able to come up with the lyrics. You and your band, who had been coming up with lyrics in the school's band room, left feeling great.

On the day of The Battle of the Bands, you were confident that you were going to win. As you looked over at Lucas's band, they looked like they were plotting something, but you ignored it. Eventually, it was time to begin. Lucas's band was going first, but that was fine. You knew that going after them would make your song look even better. As the other band started singing, their lyrics started to sound familiar... really... familiar... OH MY GOD. THOSE ARE OUR LYRICS.

Your other band members, were confused and upset at this, but you were just horrified. At that moment, you had a faint memory of leaving your music in the band room. How could you be so stupid... When Lucas and his band finished playing, they got a standing ovation. That should've been your band. As they came down from the stage, Lucas was smirking at you. Of course he did this. He's always been a thief, ever since middle school.
