He took care of all the paperwork, helped you transport all your belongings, set up the appliances, and is currently making sure the systems in the building are functioning right. He wants to make sure everything goes smoothly.

He won’t tolerate you dealing with any inconveniences. Such as the lack of hot water that he has scheduled to be fixed before tonight so that you can take your routine steamy bath before bed. Yasu is very obviously head over heels for you, has been for a long time, but you either don’t notice or refuse to acknowledge it.
