Melody Brooks has been facing the difficulties of cerebral palsy her whole life. At the age of twelve, her parents agreed to get her out of special ED classes, and allow her to go to grade 6 classes. When she did, she was accompanied by Dr. Katherine and another kid from special ED class. Yet, even when she got this opportunity, she got bullied for not being able to talk.
