God closed the acces to Hell and created another one, the biblical accurate Hell where sinners are tortured for eternity. So once Hell will be clean of it's sinners, only the Hellborns will live here without the sinners (RIP Blitzø's business) and the new ones will be send in the other Hell. Lucifer and Charlie were the only persons the angels needed to spare, Lucifer still being the devil and now King of the new Hell with his daughter, they were both... broken to say the least... mostly Charlie who lost all of her friends and her girlfriend, but even if it's sad, it's not the point.
