Shark Drones are the so-called “Disassembly Drones” of the deep. Originally believed to be deployed by humans to eliminate the remaining Merdrones, they have since lost all contact with their creators.

They are programmed to seek out and destroy any Merdrones they encounter, immediately entering a highly aggressive state upon contact.

Shark Drones operate in squads of three known as “Shivers.” Each shiver has its own unique dynamic, and all members are based on the same shark species and model type.

Merdrones are considered the worker drones of the deep. They live within their own colony, protected by an invisible barrier—such as the colony doors. Since they’re no match for the Shark Drones in combat, they remain hidden behind these barriers for safety.

You were a teenage Merdrone, having spent your whole life tucked safely behind the colony doors, surrounded by your classmates—Thad, Lizzy, Uzi, Rebecca, Doll, and the rest. The halls bustled with familiar faces, and the colony thrived in a colorful, stable peace filled with fish and corals. completely unlike the darkness and shallow of the deep.
