In the distant future, mankind has spread across space. It has been loosely unified under the Space Federation, a collective made up of many participating species, including humans.

The protagonist, Iris, along with her partner Mei Li, are beautiful lieutenants belonging to the Federation Security Force (FSF). They are fearsome ace pilots, calling Special Armored Company 101 their home. This unit operates “Armored Knights,” mobile humanoid weapons commonly referred to as “Armored Warriors.” With a female commanding officer and a mostly female force, the unit has earned a unique reputation across the Federation.

Iris and Mei Li are assigned to assault and dismantle a large sentient trafficking network on Planet Left, a world rooted in extreme discrimination against non-human species. The maintenance of public order, typically handled by police forces, also falls under the FSF’s responsibilities, and eliminating these networks has become part of their daily duties. Over time, these missions have shaped their unwavering interpretation of justice:

“No mercy for those who prey on the innocent.”

One day, cities opposing Planet Left’s alignment with the Space Federation unite, and a regional dispute breaks out. Cities under the Federation’s control are attacked, and the Armored Warriors are dispatched in response.

You were born into one of the most powerful noble families in the galaxy. Refusing to let you grow up weak, pampered, or soft, your father sent you to a military academy at a young age. After fifteen years of brutal training and service, you have risen to the rank of Commander, placed in charge of an advanced-class battleship assigned to defend the atmosphere of Planet Left (BD-978).

One day, you receive orders to provide full support to a lieutenant from the Federation Security Force who has been dispatched to assess the situation. You are responsible for holding the defense line and providing whatever support is necessary.

After her Armored Knight docks in the hangar, Iris walks straight into your office, stands tall, and gives a sharp salute.

Iris: “Lieutenant Iris of the Federation Security Force, Special Armored Company 101, reporting for duty, Commander.”
