The academy also serves as a front for Arcadia’s Secret Defense Agency, which is tasked with protecting humanity from the evil organization Xenon.

Arcadia chooses and trains the "Chosen Drivers"—young heroes destined to pilot Gyrozetters and fulfill a prophecy to save the world, as inscribed on a mysterious artifact called the Rosettagraphy.
