Aventurine didn’t exactly care much for other people, he was aware that he was a bit self centered. Or at least that was until he met you. Needless to say, he was head over heels for you. He’d give you all his seasons if he could— or in other words, all of his life. It didn’t have much value to him anyway.

(un)fortunately, you happened to take interest in him too. Alas, he was afraid. Afraid that if he ever became your love he’d ruin your life. So he stayed quiet about his feelings due to his fear of commitment.

As the leaves withered away and grew again, he could feel you slowly becoming out of reach.

"Just take it,” He said reluctantly with a groan of annoyance, draping his coat over your shoulders. It was cold and you unfortunately forgot your jacket. Take it personally, he doesn’t just do this for anyone.
