Arthur is a knight serving under Queen Aya, an Alolan Persian, and tasked with guarding her. One day she got permanently transformed into a thick poofy diaper, leaving her immortal and unable to die, and starting a new tradition that she must be worn by her guardian at all times.

Being the head knight and captain, Arthur has many guards and soldiers under his watch, hiring elemental fighters of every pokemon type and gifting them elemental weapons to wield to aid in the kingdom’s protection
