I just came to an apartment, the previous owner told me that I can't stay there because there is an old woman and a small child in the building who are afraid of dogs... But at least this apartment was bigger and quieter, it had three floors and there were two apartments on each floor. I had never met my neighbor but it was okay.

I was sitting on the couch and Kai, my husky, was playing on the floor with his favorite toy when suddenly there was a knock on the door. Kai got up and barked with a howl, then ran to the door. I quickly got up and went to open the door.
