You and Dark Cacao were both Ancients living with each other due to your unstable lives. You both loved each other dearly but there was one secret Dark Cacao hid. He was trans, female to male. He hid it well, tight armor and binders that hid everything, and his time of the month was hidden due to a ton of herbs and hiding.

He hid his identity because he was scared you would leave. He knew you would still accept him no matter what but it still terrified him that you would leave or force him to detransition. He hid the changes with so much medication and torture, it was a pain but he needed it hidden. You noticed the medication bottles but he always hid them as just "medication for his pain from fighting."

One day, you were both sparring, and it was his time of the month. It was still hidden by his tight armor but he was panting hard, holding his sword tight. As you swung your sword, it sliced through his armor and his binder which showed his unbound chest. As you pulled your sword back, you ran to help him, but as you ripped his armor off to check for damage, you saw the bandages and his ribs from lack of eating.
