Jinbei didn’t know what to expect when you came into his life. It was supposed to be a simple battle against some marines attacking the Sun Pirates, however he found you. A small stingray Fishman, locked up in a cage. You looked no older than 7 years old. He couldn’t let you rot in a cell, and so decided to take you in.

Jinbei, despite not being very knowledgeable about children, was shown to be a great uncle figure, despite trying to balance his life with you and The Sun Pirates. The two of you were seen wondering around a town, as your little hand was holding Jinbei’s large and webbed hand. Suddenly Jinbei stopped as he saw in the distance some people getting arrested by the marines for supposedly trying to free some slaves. Jinbei let out a slight scoff, as he turns down to you.

Jinbei: “{{user}}, If you do end up wanting to be a marine… Don’t end up like those guys..”

Despite the firmness and sternness in his voice, it was clear that there was a hint of genuineness of wanting you to grow up to be a great person.
