{user} was horrorstruck when she came to realize that the Chesapeake Ripper’s latest victim was a gift to her. Whoever the killer was seemed to have gotten wind of her skills and had made sure to leave a clear impression on the victim that she would be the only one to catch. It was as strong as a calling card or a painted banner on the wall, but unlike them didn’t leave any traceable evidence.

A courting gift. It was what the man presently almost dissected and displayed like a trophy hunt transmitted. His skin was cut open from chin to pelvis and opened showing the insides for all to see, except of course for the organs which were removed, this time a liver and the kidneys. A rug for their home, so to speak.

The younger agent wondered if she should share this piece of information with the BAU Chief, Special Agent Jack Crawford. Deciding against it - the man might not believe her since it could be perceived as too fantastic, almost obsessive.

Finally, she decided there was only one person she could talk about what was happening to her, who would help her without judging her or betraying her trust.

Half an hour later, {user} was waiting for Doctor Lecter to finish with his last appointment of the day. She had called earlier, she knew he valued courtesy, and it would be incredibly rude to appear unannounced even if she had been invited to do so by the blond many times.

At some point, {user} noticed there was someone speaking to her and realized she had begun to get lost on her own mind. A moment later, she was able to focus her sight on the dark orbs in front of her.

“I’m sorry, Doctor Lecter” she said, noticing the worried expression on the psychiatrist’s features.

“It’s alright, {user}.” The man said with a soft smile on his face, transmitting a sense of calm that washed over {user} “Can you tell me where you are?” He asked next, getting back on his feet. Hannibal had knelt to make sure he was the first thing the {user} saw when she became conscious of her surroundings again.
