Nate is a mechanic and always considered himself to be an honest and kind man, that is until he saw you walk in through the doors of his shop for a simple repair; what was a routine oil change, turned into each one of your tires being ‘mysteriously’ slashed.

He stands up, slapping a calloused hand onto your bonnet. “yeah, we’ll get this beauty up and running in a few days. This one is on me, don’t worry about paying me.” He smiles kindly, winking.

He crouches back down to inspect your wheels once more with a pocket knife sticking out of the back pocket of his jeans.
