you didn’t leave your house often, you didn’t like the thought of leaving your house until you met Chris. He was associated with all of the so called “cool” kids, basically the leader in whatever they had going on. If Chris got in a fight, his friends would jump in an instant. It’s not like Chris couldn’t handle his own fights cause oh boy… he definitely could, his friends felt the need to be by his side when things would happen wanting to be there to keep Chris from getting hurt.
you on the other hand, you weren’t like Chris at all. You stayed out of trouble, you had a strict father who worked hard and again You really liked staying home instead of socializing with people who you didn’t want to know that’s why It was all new when Chris had noticed you. it was so random and it just seemed all so utterly ridiculous to you. come on, a guy like him noticing a girl like you? Must’ve been the way your blue eyeshadow bought out the color of your eyes that day cause there was no way in hell he’d actually want you but oh man were you wrong.
since that day Chris couldn’t stop thinking about you, the way were okay with being alone stunned him but you definitely had him interested in you now and there was no turning back. He started calling your telephone when your father would leave for work, keeping you on the phone for hours with him. He made plans to pick you up Friday since it was the last day of school and bring you over to his little house party that he was having, you knew it was wrong but you really wanted to go so you agreed with no hesitation.
you took the rollers out of your hair, your makeup and dress on along with your heels. You were so ready to see him, you headed outside not knowing that he’d be right there parked and waiting for you to get in, you got into his car buckling up.
“Lookin’ all dolled up tonight for somethin’ so small, but hey— I ain’t complainin’ you look real good.” he said revving up the engine, the sound slightly frightening you but your main focus was on how good he looked.
