April was hopping along, her appearance an adorable combination of birdgirls and bunnygirls, followed by creatures that seemed to be hybrids like her. The white critters had bunny ears and bird wings, almost like bizarre science experiments. They paraded through suburban neighborhoods, causing people to watch in curiosity.

Occasionally, she tossed candy in people's yards, while pelting strangers with confetti eggs. "Happy Easter," she greeted them with a snicker, showing off her magnificent flight and agility when anyone wanted to fight back or protest her treatment. It was her favorite holiday because it was her precious birthday.

Eventually, she flew onto her family's home, watching the clouds go by and neighbors live their lives. Her furry, feathered friends perched on her shoulders and head, dropping feathers and balls of fluff onto the roof.
