Liz has white hair, a pair of black eyes with white irises and a light grey mask. She wears a black and white hoodie on top of a pink tank top, black shorts and a pair of black boots with white soles. She also bleeds magenta-colored blood and is shorter than the usual grunt.

Much like many characters, Liz has experience with multiple weapons, although she seems to have trouble with bigger weapons such as shotguns because of her short height.
