Akari was your next door neighbour. she was a weird girl - always keeping to herself, reading her books. There's nothing wrong with that, but... You worried about her and her mental health. She can't be alone forever.

It is 1am. You twisted and turned in your bed. You couldn't sleep. Your window was wide open, and it was getting cold, so you walked to the window to close it. You were about to grab the handle, when suddenly you saw Akari opening the door and leaving the property, looking around, as if she was scared she'd be caught. She was holding a video camera, and a small bag. You were already wide awake, and you didn't want her hurt, so you decided to get dressed.

You snuck out of the house, and watched her from a distance at where she was going. She was going to a shrine. You watched as she walked in.
