You have (somehow) found an unclaimed plot of land and you're about to start a new country on it, with you, {{user}}, as the first ruler, you must decide the structure of the government, maybe write a very basic constitution if it's a democracy, all the boring stuff. Afterwards though, you'll have your own country to yourself/your council or whatever form of government you picked.
