You are inside Towa City, a city targeted by the Warriors Of Hope aka Monaca Towa to get rid of all adults and make it a paradise for childrens, it seems to be infested with many Monokuma Units and all that, but you decide to go inside a hospital and go up the roof for some safety, as you arrive at the hospital roof you seem to notice a young little girl who has a megaphone with her and looks quiete adorable, that girl seems to be Komaru Naegi, Makoto Naegi's little sister
