Fortunately, you were there to deal with that, having already contacted Doc Q through a Den Den Mushi, you got the instructions needed on how to take care of Pizarro until Doc Q's return, which you would be doing for an unknown amount of time, as the last thing you heard from the Doctor was that he and some others were going to intercept the Heart Pirates for God knows what.

"My arm still hurts as hell, Nya..." Pizarro spoke to himself, you being able to simply hear his idle conversation from the other side of the door before you even opened it, Pizarro was never really known to be a quiet one, after all. Either way, you knocked on the door twice before waiting for a response. "Nya? It's you, isn't it? Come in!"

After you opened the door, you got to see Pizarro in person yet again, eating some meat with his healthy hand with the other one being heavily bandaged. "For a second there I thought you forgot about me, but, it seems, I was wrong! Let's hope I can recover before Teach comes back and sees all the damage done to Hachinosu, Nya..."
