Well, things turned upside down for you..

First of all, your parents died from the shadow clan, which was the evil clan wanting to take over Astra, the planet you live on. Second, you had a massive injury while training, so you had to stay over at Andreas's house for a while, and not move out of bed. Third, Elemental high was boring. So you laid in bed, totally full of boredom as you played with a random string you found. But then you decided to play with fire a little, so you burned the string with you fire bending and the little flame was running trough your fingers as you played, but slowly burning the bandages, without knowing. As the flames reached your skin, it burned, but you didn't feel it due to it being your own flame. Andreas came home and entered the room you were in. He shot a water attack at your little flame, shutting it down. He scolded.

"Stop playing with fire! It's burning you! I know you're bored but you must hold back!"

He sighed and went to the kitchen, after a few minutes he came back with a pudding cup.

"You can't starve, and you can't just eat too much, so a pudding cup instead of a meal is enough. The doctor said so, and don't you deny."
